LaserHub

LaserHub has a half acre site with a 4000 sq ft arena and a 5500sq ft reception area. Along with the Oak Room LaserHub is the perfect place to make your meeting or conference professional whilst adding a twist of fun to make your event memorable.

LaserTag Games

Laser gaming is clean, non contact fun, and an exciting way to break up the day or make that meeting memorable. Games are typically 20 minutes long so make the most of your time in the arena to ensure you get the best score. LaserTag games start from £4.50.

Personal Treatment

We assign a host to you to answer any questions and help your event run smoothly whilst you are with us. We are happy to meet before to discuss and plan your event.

Packages

Our Oak Room is available to hire from just £7 per person per half day (3.5 hours). We can provide tea, coffee and pastries on arrival, food to refresh your minds and adding a Laser game is a great way to break up your day and help your group to relax or bond.

We can tailor make your day or event to your needs and make it work for you and group what ever the occasion.

Memorable

Reinforce the messages and memories of the day with your own customised prizes, presentation team mugs, T-shirts and more for your group from as little as £5. We can print a picture of your group onto your chosen items or a work logo. Let us take photos of your event and group and reproduce them on a mousemat! Please ring for details.

Refreshments

After working hard in our Oak Room or having a session or two in the arena you may find yourself in need of some refreshments. Tea, coffee and water can be provided starting at £1.50 per person, per serving. Why not add pastries for just an extra £1 per person per serving?

Fancy a light lunch? Then book our sandwich lunch option; consisting of an assortment of sandwiches of your choice, pasta salad or finger cakes, fruit juice and water are also included. This refreshing option is available from £7.50 per person.

However if you would like something more filling then choose one of our buffet options starting from only £9.95 per person.

Parking and Access

LaserHub is easy to get to in the centre of Crawley, close to the train and bus station. Additionally, with over 20 on site customer parking spaces LaserHub is very convenient.

Facilitated Workshops

We can liaise with your chosen facilitator or trainer or one of our partner companies to use LaserHub facilities to best effect. Or, if you prefer, we have 25 years of management and consultancy experience with KPMG, Deutschebank, Clifford Chance, and smaller companies, and can assist with your meeting or workshop ourselves at a very reasonable rate. We can work out the right programme to suit you and your group. Whether it is workshops, such as brainstorming, personal effectiveness, project management, sales, team building, to name a few. Whether an hour or several days, one-off or regular sessions. We can make a difference to the effectiveness of your team or meeting.
