Q. Do I need to bring candles for my cake?
A. Please bring candles with you if you are providing your own cake.
Q. What is the minimum age for LaserTag?
A. We take children from 7 years and above for lasertag. However, fire engine, pamper
and superstar parties are suitable for younger chuildren.
Q. Can the adults play with the children?
A. Adults can play lasertag with their children's party but they must pay our standard game rate and their places are subject to availability unless pre-booked. Are standard prices can be found here
Q. Can I order more food and drink?
A. Yes, just ask your party host and they will add it to your bill. We do a 'Go Large' option
for £6.00 which is an extra pizza and 2 bowls of fries.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Flat, comfy shoes are advisable. The arena is lit by ultraviolet lights so dark clothing is
wise.
Q. Do I have stay at LaserHub throughout the duration of the party?
A. Yes, the birthday child’s parents are required to stay on the LaserHub premises for the
duration of the party. They remain responsible for all the children attending their
child’s party.
Q. Do my party play on their own?
A. Games are usually played with other party groups unless the exclusive use option has
been taken (not available at peak times). We try to book similar aged groups
together. (Usually + / - 2 yrs)
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink?
A. Unfortunately not. We are a licensed cafe and bar which has a 5* food rating, and as
such have to adhere to strict regulations as laid out by the Health & Safety Excecutive.
These regulations are the same stipulated for any restaurant and do not permit
members of the public to bring food other than that prepared on the premises. The only
exceptions are baby food and birthday cakes for birthday parties or special dietary
requirements. If you do bring your own food or drink you will be asked to put it away or
leave the premises to eat it.
