Q. If I’m a member can I play against non-members?
A. Yes, it is only member’s nights that non-members are not allowed to attend.
Q. Can I upgrade my membership?
A. Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The difference between the annual cost of your current membership and your ‘new’ membership will be calculated and this is how much the upgrade will cost you.
Q. Can I bring my friend who is a non-member to member’s nights?
A. Only member’s are allowed to attend member’s nights. However, if they wish to purchase a membership on that evening then they can do so and attend the event.
Q. Do I need to take my tag into the game with me?
A. You will need to take your tag into the game to log on to your pack; thus receiving your alias.
Q. Do I get to choose my own alias?
A. Yes, although these are monitored to ensure no language is used that may offend others.
Q. Can I renew my membership when it expires?
A. Yes. Look out for our special offers on membership renewal.
Q. Do I have to book member nights?
A. Yes. You can book up to 3 hours before the event is due to start. We must have a minimum of 5 people booked to run the event.
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink?
A. Unfortunately not. We have gone to the trouble of becoming a licensed cafe and bar which has a 5* food rating, and as such have to adhere to strict regulations as laid out by the Health & Safety Excecutive. These regulations are the same stipulated for any restaurant and do not permit members of the public to bring food other than that prepared on the premises. The exceptions are baby food, birthday cakes for birthday parties or where there are special dietary requirements. If you do bring your own food or drink you will be asked to put it away or leave the premises to eat it.
