What do you want from a company, Well you want them to treat you well, to listen, to have intelligent responsive staff, clear pricing, and take health and safety seriously. We try to do all this and more.

One of the few companies in the area to be awarded 5 stars for food hygiene, we clearly work hard to not only make it a fun place to visit but safe too.

Our customers are likely to come to us because we provide value-for-money packages and deliver them to a high standard. All of our parties are all-inclusive and have their own host to ensure that each party receives the attention and service that they deserve. It also ensures that each party is specific for the child so that they have a birthday party to remember.

We have been praised for "going that extra mile" (for example Helen and Phil Selvey, visited LaserHub 16/05/09) by being willing to help and make their son's birthday special and ensuring that everyone had a great time.

LaserHub host over a 1000 parties a year and ask each and every one how we did. Our average score is 9/10 and many children have come back every year since we opened. Gathering comments is pointless unless you do something about them so every week we discuss and act on comments given; for example we increased the food portions for parties and changed the type of pizza we serve in response to our customer requests.

Our staff are important to us. We hold regular training sessions that are fun and informative. We select staff very carefully taking the brightest into the LaserHub team. Often a first job we like to give a good work experience and continue training so that we can meet our objective of treating every customer as we would a friend.
