Terms and Conditions of The Holiday Club

A deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day.Children must be aged 8 or over to attend the club.Parents must sign their child in and out on collection and arrival. If someone else is  collecting your child, LaserHub staff must be informed when they are dropped off and given a 'password' that the person picking up your child will give us.we advise that children wear clothes that you don't mind getting mucky and that a spare change of clothes is brought on the day out.Any medical conditions or allergies should be recorded on the permission form.The permission form MUST be filled in before you leave your child with us.The holiday club children may play against other groups in the Laser arena but will be accompained by an activity leader.Please confirm your booking 7 days before your visit. If you wish to cancel your booking this must be done at least 10 days in advance or you will be charged 50% of the balance. If you cancel less than 3 days in advance then you will be charged 100% of the balance. Only food and drink purchased at LaserHub may be consumed on the premises.LaserHub will act in loco parentis and in an emergency, when you cannot be contacted, may instruct medical staff . Booking is not fully confirmed until you have paid the deposit. If your child causes a danger or disruption to other children, staff, or property then we reserve the right to not allow them to partcipate in activites and/or to ask you to collect them. In these circumstances you would not be untitled to a refund. In circumstances beyond LaserHub's control it may be necessary to cancel the club without notice. All of LaserHubs usual terms and conditions apply except where modified by these terms.
