A deposit is required to confirm booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day.Please ask everyone to arrive at LaserHub 15 minutes before the party / first game is due to start as we need to confirm details. Late arrivals may miss the beginning of the party.The Parent or guardian of the party child must remain on the premises and is responsible for all the children. LaserHub cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or injury as a result of the party. Anyone with any medical condition should check with a doctor before playing.Play at your own risk. All games are supervised by trained marshals. Marshals instructions must be followed at all times.Groups do not necessarily have exclusive use of arena unless this has been paid for (see prices for details).Please confirm numbers 7 days before your visit. If you wish to cancel your booking

  this must be done at least 10 days in advance or you will be charged 50% of the

  balance.

Only food and drink purchased at LaserHub may be consumed on the premises.
