"The experience at LaserHub was an awesome day out for everyone. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our day. There were nearly 30 young people from various backgrounds and the staff were very adaptable to all the individuals that were there, making it a day to remember. The games and lunch were organised well and timings were perfect for what we needed. A great day out that we will be organinsing for another time in the future.

"The West Sussex Education Business Partnership (WSEBP) has been working in partnership with LaserHub since 2006 on a number of different projects and activities with students from the Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex areas.

LaserHub, for example, has hosted small groups of students from the Crawley Pupil Referral Unit and Muntham House School on visits during which we have run a short marketing workshop. Students learned about how companies create a brand identity. They also found out about how LaserHub was set up and they are always fascinated by how much money it costs to set up and run a business!

On numerous other occasions Andrew has spoken to several different groups of Business Studies students from Oriel High School about setting up a business, marketing strategies etc. and has also acted as a Finance Consultant for our Music Business Enterprise Challenges.

Madeleine Mills, WSEBP Co-ordinator for the area said: “The EBP couldn’t function without the support of local businesses like LaserHub. We rely on them to offer our students an insight into the world of work and to help prepare them for life after they leave full time education. Andrew and his staff regularly give up their time to volunteer with the WSEBP for which we are very grateful.” - 19/06/09

"We feel we have to praise all staff members at LaserHub who recently helped our ten year year old boy celebrate his birthday on Saturday 16th May with a special mention to Lee and Luke who both went that extra mile. Even though it wasn't a pre-booked party every effort was made to ensure they all had a great time. I asked for a picture to be taken and put on a mug and this was done wilingly as if nothing was too much trouble. "Following on from our Christmas party on Monday evening, I just wanted to say a huge thank-you to ALL the staff at LaserHub Crawley, for an evening that will stay long in the memory of over 100 children as well as a number of parents. Trying to arrange a party for so many youngsters can be a logistical nightmare, but LaserHub succeeded in every department. Not only did our club receive value for money but throughout the evening, the staff at LaserHub provided food & drink for all our members, along with other activities outside of game times. In addition, the staff were not only helpful, they also displayed a very professional customer service attitude throughout the evening.

"As a group we try to be young person led, this proves difficult when asking our young people where they would like to go for an activity because of the diversity of the groups. Laser Hub is the perfect solution for a group as all ages and genders get involved and have a great time. Our last group absolutely loved it; the service is fantastic as are the facilities. Cost is important especially being a charity, laser hub is great value which means as well being able to have a couple of games everyone also gets well feed.
